People debate whether anyone can become a vegan. Most people believe that there has never been a community that can rely solely on being Vegans. For healthy living, we must consume some animal products. Most of the existing vegetarians can survive because they can get the required nutrients from supplements. The following are facts showing if anyone can become a vegetarian.

1. Protein Deficiency

It has been confirmed that most people who are Vegans lack protein. If anyone wants to be a vegan, then he or she will need other sources of protein because they will not get enough protein being just a vegan. Anyone can live fine on a 100% animal diet, but no one can survive a 100% vegetarian diet. The moment we started eating animal products, it makes us more humane.

2. Unhealthy Life

What is happening now is that vegans are trying to transform into what we were thousands of years ago, which one may argue as not being conceivable. The only way we need to stay healthy is to eat meat again. This can be done by establishing a farm where animals graze the field. We should not compete with animals on vegetables.

3. Insufficient Supplementary Funds

People like Bill Gates and Richard Bronson are very strong, and most want to be like them. Not everyone is as rich as these icons. They are vegans because they have money to maintain their health. Not anyone can be like them if such a person is not rich enough to maintain health. This fact is evident because most people cannot afford food supplements. The above reasons indicate that not anyone can become a vegetarian. It needs to be dedicated to becoming a vegan. It also needs wealth to buy food supplements to stay healthy, rather than eating free and available animals that are consumed naturally.
